Hamburg Süd - Headquarters

Following the modernization and expansion of the listed headquarters of Hamburgische Südamerikanische Dampfschifffahrts-Gesellschaft KG (Hamburg Süd) on Willy-Brandt-Straße in Hamburg, a new operator concept was to be implemented with the reoccupation. CANZLER developed the operating concept in preparation for the awarding of contracts for technical facility services at market standards and, on this basis, drew up the specifications and the bill of quantities in GAEB format as well as further tender documents. CANZLER accompanies the process from the preparation of the tender documents to the invitation to tender and award of contract.
