H&M Germany - Technical Facility Services
Reorganization of a large trading portfolio including basic evaluation of project and contract management as well as tendering and awarding of technical facility services
In order to simplify the management of the nationwide branches of the fashion brand H&M, the technical facility services, including a caretaker service, were to be harmonized. In an initial phase, the company had already outsourced the cleaning services as a bundle.
CANZLER reorganized the existing technical facility services, dissolved grown inhomogeneous structures and summarized them anew. In a further step, the services were put out to tender again and subsequently awarded to four technical service providers.
