H&M Germany - Technical Facility Services

In order to simplify the management of the nationwide branches of the fashion brand H&M, the technical facility services, including a caretaker service, were to be harmonized. In an initial phase, the company had already outsourced the cleaning services as a bundle. CANZLER reorganized the existing technical facility services, dissolved grown inhomogeneous structures and summarized them anew. In a further step, the services were put out to tender again and subsequently awarded to four technical service providers.
