Frankfurt Airport - Refurbishment Building 162

The former Executive Board building (Building 162) of Fraport AG is located on the north operating area of Frankfurt Airport between Terminals 1 and 2. After the Executive Board moved out, the building had to be renovated, repaired and refurbished in terms of fire protection due to the change of use. The measures were carried out during ongoing operations and in sections according to usage zones. The continued economic operation and existence of the building depended, among other things, on the feasibility of the fire protection refurbishment, the refurbishment of the technical systems and the scope of other repair and renovation measures. CANZLER provided the planning services for the technical equipment and worked closely with Fraport Real Estate to develop a viable and cost-effective renovation concept.
