Evonik - Expansion of laboratory space
Overall planning of the technical equipment with stocktaking and concept development for the further use of the existing facilities
The ground floor of the 1981 laboratory building on the Essen site was still used as a warehouse and was to be converted into laboratory space.
CANZLER provided the planning, tendering and site supervision of the services for the technical equipment in the trades heating, ventilation and sanitary. At first CANZLER checked the existing technical equipment regarding capacities and the use for a further use and determined the demand for necessary media of the sanitary, heating and ventilation technology as well as the electrical engineering and laboratory gases for the new laboratory areas. As far as possible, the connection is made to the existing technical facilities.
