Evonik - Chemical production plant

A new chemical production plant for the production of cumene was built at the Marl Chemical Park. The user of the building - INEOS Phenol - is the world‘s largest producer of phenol and acetone. The Marl Chemical Park as the client was responsible for the necessary building infrastructure and developed the new plant building with the support of CANZLER. CANZLER started by developing a demand planning according to DIN 18205 as a user demand program based on the project management services of the AHO. In addition, the project preparation and the overall planning according to HOAI LPH 1 - 8 for the object planning and the technical equipment planning for all trades was carried out.
