ECB - Organization and process consultancy

Organisational and process consulting in the context of the CAFM landscape, the documentation process and data maintenance concept for the new building of the European Central Bank
For the new ECB premises in Frankfurt am Main, a CAFM landscape for planning documentation and a data maintenance concept was to be developed as part of a process and organisational consultancy project. In a first step CANZLER modelled a CAFM-IT-landscape for the illustration of the internal processes by a comparison of actual and target data. This was done under consideration of the data functions with regard to the fulfilment of the operator responsibility, the integration of existing IT systems and the support in the revision of the CAFM guidelines. Subsequently CANZLER supported the processes of the transfer of the construction documentation into the building operation by the construction and implementation of the processes for data migration and integration. For this purpose a checking tool for the formal examination of the complete revision documentation against the specific CAFM guidelines of the ECB was developed to enable the optimised import of large data volumes and to create deviation analyses. Finally, CANZLER developed various data maintenance and management concepts and set up a process system matrix for the data exchange along the FM processes. The matrix analysed individual IT systems and their data exchange and set up data migration processes and a comprehensive data management concept in order to keep the documentation up-to-date with little effort.
