Contract optimization through consolidation, re-tendering and awarding of technical facility services
In order to harmonize the technical facility services of the Douglas Group stores, the existing contractual bases were to be analyzed, restructured and, if necessary, re-tendered and awarded. CANZLER supported the client in the analysis of the contract structures across the entire portfolio and in the optimization of the technical facility services. For this purpose the contracts were checked for up-to-dateness and conformity with valid laws and guidelines and the delegation of the operator‘s duties to a service provider was coordinated. The basis for this was the inventory and the identification of optimization potentials. CANZLER developed a specific control and reporting structure which enabled a precise analysis of the controlling over different contracts. Subsequently CANZLER accompanied the partial new tendering and awarding of the technical facility services.
