University of Applied Sciences for telecommunications is a private college run by Deutsche Telekom and recognized by the Saxon State Ministry for Science and Art. CANZLER was appointed to provide specialist support for the client’s Region Ost division when preparing the modernization project. When assessing the measures required, CANZLER started with an audit of the building and facility technology based on inspections of the existing documentation and several site visits. Moreover, the existing spaces and surface area data as well as student numbers at the college were analyzed with a view to optimizing the list of requirements to identify the probable investment volume.
