Deutsche Telekom – regional headquarter

The “TZ Areal” part of West Darmstadt – is regarded as one of Germany’s most important business and technology parks. With prime transport links, the complex forms a focus in Darmstadt’s “Weststadt” with its urban work and residential worlds. The new Deutsche Telekom office building for some 1,300 staff members will arise here – in four sections. In the six-story office block innovative and networked office worlds were realized. The sustainable low-energy concept meant the new build received LEED Gold certification. For Telekom, CANZLER provided project preparation, project management and support during commissioning. After the sale of the land by Telekom to an investor, CANZLER took over the inspection of the planning and execution steps for compliance with the specifications and contracts.
