Deutsche Telekom – Office building Seestern

Project management and quality control during planning, fit-out and commissioning of a future-oriented and profitable work environment
The Seestern is the first building realized in Germany purely for open-plan offices and was a trailblazer in office building architecture; it is now heritage listed. CANZLER represented the main tenant, Deutsche Telekom, both for the planning and for the execution of the construction work and commissioning, thus ensuring the requisite quality, the schedule and the budget for the project. During the modernization, Deutsche Telekom’s requirements as regards a future-oriented work world and the heritage listing specifications were considered and brought to bear as part of the project management services.
