Deutsche Telekom – headquarter

Project and quality management for Deutsche Telekom new builds with a forward-looking and cost-efficient work station concept
The existing Deutsche Telekom AG HQ forms an urban quarter of its own on the former government boulevard and features not only about 1,800 work stations, the executive suites and various conference and meeting rooms, but also a canteen and various shops. Deutsche Telekom AG opted in favour of “refreshing” the complex by way of modernization. The existing cell structure was transformed into a modern office world with zones for concentrated work alone, informal meeting areas, and recreational spaces. Canzler supported the project in the realization phase and handled planning and project management for the architecture and technical equipment including ascertaining the status. Canzler devised a new design and technology concept that factored in the requirements as regards acoustic and fire-protection facilities, retrofitting with cooling sail ceilings and room controls.
