Deutsche Telekom - Future Campus

Restructuring in individual units, implementing new optimized workflow (desk-sharing / future work) and relocation of third-party companies all gave rise to partial vacant areas at the second largest Deutsche Telekom AG hub in Darmstadt. At Campus Darmstadt, CANZLER managed and controlled five sub-projects (Client, Office, Technology, Building and Communications), handling the fit-out of the future office areas, relocation, the necessary technology relocation (IT) and freeing up and returning rental areas. CANZLER also compiled the operating agreements with users and staff councils and identified the user requirements for the future areas targets and change management.
