Deutsche Telekom AG sold its subsidiary DeTeImmobilien, which had previously provided all planning, construction and facility services with an annual turnover of almost 1 billion euros. CANZLER provided the technical con­sul­ting services for the updating of service profiles, contracts and remuneration.The service contents of the FM service contracts were designed for a stronger focus on results and test guidelines for implementation controlling were developed and tested with the responsible service providers. By benchmarking selected properties, the remuneration of facility services for the new 10-year contract was adjusted to the market level. New contract and remuneration models were also developed for the planning and construction services. CANZLER also supported the development of the necessary IT-based processes for the allocation and handling of small and medium-sized construction and reconstruction projects.
