Energy design – economic provision of electricity, remote heat and gas to all Deutsche Bank AG properties in Germany
Deutsche Bank AG procures its power from several 100 energy providers at different conditions. Invoicing was handled by the bank’s regional offices on the basis of the different settlement models the utilities used. To reduce admin costs and standardize the system a syndicated supply contract was agreed into which all the energy suppliers hitherto were tied. CANZLER supported and optimized Corporate Purchasing and CRES in realizing the syndicated energy supply contract. It involves switching over to fixed prices with no fixed costs, central invoicing of the energy consumption units and electronic booking with SAP data transfer to R.I.S. Moreover, CANZLER was the central contact / interface for all those involved in the project and supported negotiations of the subsequent contracts.
