Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank operates around 90 properties throughout Germany. In addition to the headquarters in Düsseldorf with offices, canteen and underground car park, it operates several larger regional branches, around 20 con­sul­ting offices and clinic presences as well as 5 residential and commercial properties. The entire real estate portfolio was managed by an external FM service provider. The technical facility services with market-standard and specific requirements (SLA and KPI) were to be retendered and awarded to a professional facility service provider due to the high demands of the properties. CANZLER created a new operator concept for the technical facility services and, on this basis, developed the service description and the bill of quantities in GAEB format as well as other tender documents. The focus was primarily on the professional provision of the service, taking into account very high requirements of the customer. CANZLER accompanied the process from the preparation of the bidding documents through the bidding process to the awarding of the contract. After the bid review, CANZLER accompanied the bidder discussions and prepared an award recommendation.
