For the OWG - Oberurseler Wohnungsgenossenschaft e.G. three detached apartment buildings with 18 freehold flats on a shared underground car park were planned on Hohemarkstraße in Oberursel. The development is staggered on the narrow and deep property towards the southeast.
All apartments were planned as maisonettes and have balconies, terraces or roof terraces. The maisonette as a "house within a house" with vertical room and view relationships enhances the type of the storey apartments. Together with special use areas in the area of common property, apartments for families were created.
