Consulting and demand analysis in the search for locations as well as the development of utilization concepts in preparation for project development
Because the existing site of Chemetall GmbH in Frankfurt am Main was to be abandoned at the end of 2019, the company was looking for a new location in the Frankfurt area. CANZLER took over the location search, the demand analysis and the development of utilisation concepts in preparation of the project development. For this purpose talks and negotiations were held with different project developers. As a further basis for the discussions with potential investors CANZLER developed a specific user requirements program together with the individual organizational units of Chemetall.
