CANZLER is in charge of specialist technical and strategic consultancy for the Charité and supporting the complete reorganization, tendering and awards process with the goal of lowering existing costs for facilities technology and operation by at least 13 percent. CANZLER moderated the compilation of the service profiles for the merged sites and produced an integrative tender for the property management, janitor and room management services, operations of the buildings, outdoor facilities, technical equipment and medical technology, patient and staff catering. Moreover, the tendering covered cleaning and security services, care of the outdoor facilities, goods, logistics and internal postal services as well as waste management, central sterilization, bed preparation and archiving. Moreover, bids for specialist technical services were evaluated and the awards meetings prepared and followed up. CANZLER also supported the migration process and controlling.
