BSH Hausgeräte - Group headquarters

With 60,000 employees worldwide, BSH Hausgeräte GmbH is Europe's largest manufacturer of household appliances. The office campus at the company's headquarters in Perlach is home to, among other things, a conference and meeting center with around 30 conference rooms. The conference room and house services were provided by various service providers. As part of a holistic approach to all services, the interfaces were to be minimized and transferred to a uniform basis for bidding. CANZLER restructured the existing facility services, dissolving inhomogeneous structures that had grown over time and combining them in a new way. In a further step, the conference room and housekeeping services were put out to tender again and awarded in their entirety to a new service provider.
