Warranty management – optimization of the contractually agreed functions and qualities from over 45 construction contracts realized
The Bienenkorbhaus is a building ensemble consisting of the modernization of an 11-story high-rise with newly-designed podium floors as well as a 6-story new annex. Previous modernization and construction measures had resulted in over 45 individual construction contracts / awards. In the event of faults it was therefore very hard to identify who was responsible and how in terms of the contracting, meaning it was difficult to have the faults duly rectified by the right parties. For this reason, CANZLER was commissioned alongside the property and facility management with the warranty management. This included site inspections, listing and notification of faults, following rectification of the same, and documenting the process. Moreover, CANZLER compiled a list of all plant requiring maintenance and optimization measures as well as providing consultancy on reducing noise emissions.
