Support in the implementation of a new operating team for a replacement building on the Griffenberg campus of the BUW
The Bergische Universität Wuppertal (BUW), as the operator of the Campus Griffenberg property, wanted to award the contract to a new service provider for the maintenance and inspection of the property. The university itself has operating personnel (approx. 15 persons, technicians and foremen) as well as a technical department. In the first step CANZLER analysed the conditions on site and identified and prioritized the upcoming tasks and worked out a coordinated process concept. Subsequently, CANZLER provided operative support by an active interim management and accompanied the university in the final pursuit of claims for defects.
