Bayer AG - Redesign of Baykomm & Agora

Overall planning of the implementation of a new room concept in the communication and exhibition center
The Bayer AG - Baykomm Communication and Exhibition Center is used by the Group both for a modern external image through a permanently installed and publicly accessible exhibition and for events, press conferences and presentations, particularly in the Agora area. Due to the spin-off of the plastics division of Bayer AG, the exhibition had to be redesigned, which led to a complete redesign. At the same time, the fire protection of the building from 1991 had to be adapted. CANZLER was responsible as the overall planner for the overall coordination of the redesign of the exhibition space and created the necessary structure of the approval planning. CANZLER provided the object planning from the implementation planning to the object supervision, the planning of the technical equipment over all work phases including the integration of the exhibition, lighting and media technology. The media supply in the entire building was planned flexibly and independent of location. Online and media technology are available decentrally and can be led outside via a network of nodes on outside broadcast vans. The conversion work was carried out within a tight and defined time frame during the ongoing operation of the restaurant and auditorium.
