Bath at Spreewaldplatz

Technical planning of the technical equipment for the basic redevelopment
Berlin's only wave pool was renovated from the ground up and thus brought up to the state of the art. From a technical point of view, the focus was on modern air conditioning, effective water treatment and the integration of the combined heat and power unit (CHP). In addition to a general improvement, the pool received a new adventure slide, a revised wave pool and a modernised sauna. CANZLER was responsible for the planning of the entire technical equipment and supported the Berliner Bäderbetriebe during the planning and construction phase as well as in the object supervision of the following measures: - Replacement of the entire drinking water system incl. equipment / fittings - Replacement of the entire ventilation system - Renewal of the complete electrical systems from NSHV onwards - Separation of bath water circuits - Replacement / renewal of system components of the bath water technology - Adaptation of the building management system.
