Transaction advisory support, project management and warranty follow-up
On the ground floor, Alphahaus provides areas for hospitality and retailing/exhibitions as well as flexible office unit configurations of a high quality standard on the upper floors. Key tasks and goals for CANZLER: transaction advisory services supporting the acquisition of the fund-owned property as well as project management to preserve ownership rights and duties vis-à-vis the seller. CANZLER handled the audit of the rental and purchase contracts to assess risks and consult on preserving the rights/duties of the parties to the deal. Moreover, CANZLER was in charge of controlling, quality management and supporting commission of construction services. This included both preparing warranty management vis-á-vis the companies contracted to perform the work and the seller and also monitoring faults in the building prior to the end of the warranty periods. Moreover, CANZLER arranged the tender and appointment of a provider for the facility services.
