Quality management – securing the contractually set costs and schedule during the construction phase on behalf of Allianz
CANZLER supported Allianz as the developer during the planning and construction phase in the field of quality management and with specialist advice. This included assessing the investor planning to ensure concurrence with the brief in the construction description and the general contractor contracts. Moreover, CANZLER conducted regular quality audits during the construction, checked partial-payment invoices depending on an evaluation of construction progress. The specialist sections at Allianz received regular progress reports through till transfer of the building and commissioning of the property. CANZLER compiled the documentation and supported the final purchase negotiations.
