No wall like the other, instead cubes, curves and niches. SOCOTEC Deutschland has rented a new office in Pilgersheimer Straße in Munich as of 1 January 2023, which will be shared by three companies of the group, CANZLER, ZPP INGENIEURE and SCHOLLENBERGER Kampfmittelbergung. Modern office worlds will enable agile working on 1,500

Open floor plans are planned with zones where teams work on projects across trades, rooms for video conferencing and concentrated work as well as lounges for meetings and social and informal exchange. "CANZLER uses its own expertise with HUBER LISCHKA ARCHITEKTEN to create the concept," explains Andreas Masiorek, Managing Director at CANZLER. "We realise a very flexible use of space that corresponds to a hybrid working world of today. In this way, we ourselves live what clients expect from us when they commission us to plan a tenant fit-out or to provide workplace consulting," says Masiorek.

The office extends over two floors and thus offers ideal conditions for accommodating the companies of the SOCOTEC Group in one space. "The decisive factors for the choice of location were the layout of the space and the central location with underground access," adds Andreas Broßmann, also managing director at CANZLER. "The new office space will also see the spatial integration of the acquired companies HUBER LISCHKA ARCHITEKTEN and Zickler und Jakob Planungen into CANZLER GmbH."
