Short coordination processes, the expansion and promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation between architects and engineers - these are just some of the advantages from which clients will benefit. For CANZLER has moved to a joint office location in Frankfurt with the former Offenbach-based Pielok Marcardt Architekten, thus completing the merger of the two traditional companies. Within the company general planning and the field of architecture will be further expanded.
CANZLER and Pielok Marquardt Architects started their cooperation three years ago with the revitalization of the Pollux office building and together they implemented various general planning and consulting projects in the areas of office, logistics, kitchen and canteen. At the beginning of 2017 Canzler acquired a 70 percent share in Pielok Marquardt Architekten and in July 2019 the two companies were fully merged into one entity. The name, which has been established for more than 25 years, continues to exist as the brand Pielok Marquardt - Architecture by CANZLER and with its own website, as they are known as competent general planners and architects in the office and residential construction in the Rhine-Main area.
"When the talks with Pielok Marquardt started three years ago, the focus was on growing with general planning services and expanding the field of architecture", Andreas Masiorek, one of the managing directors, explains CANZLER's strategic orientation. "The short distances within the office now make it much easier to promote the interdisciplinary cooperation between our architects and engineers.
Thanks to our project teams of TGA specialists, architects and experienced project managers we are able to provide many planning, consulting and control services in-house". The general planning company CANZLER, with 65 years of market presence, manages an average total annual volume of 250 million euros in building construction. It covers the entire spectrum, which focuses on the new construction and revitalization of office buildings, including interior concepts for casinos and canteens, and also extends to industry and logistics. The planners and engineers also supervise projects in residential construction and neighbourhood development.
