An insightful keynote speech by Andreas Rausch, Senior Con­sul­tant in Corporate Real Estate Ma­nage­ment and Facility Ma­nage­ment at CANZLER GmbH, provided an insight into the topic, raised theses under the question: "How will maintenance strategies (have to) change in the coming years?" and stimulated a professional discussion among the participants.
