"Cradle to cradle -Differentiation through sustainability" -a new special view on the currently growing circular thinking.

Currently, the recycling principle - "cradle to cradle" is merely the answer to meeting climate goals and necessary for acquiring the coveted DGNB, BREEM and LEED sustainability certifications.

Will the bridge from circular thinking to a true differentiation of companies that implement, drive and live the principle succeed? Or are the currently immense costs incurred in this type of ecological production out of all proportion to the actual measurable added value? Is this question still legitimate in today's world?

An efficient building structure is the basis for a reduced consumption of resources and equally results in cost savings on the customer side and a relief of the environment. Green real estate can also be certified and creates recyclability of the building for the customer.
