Real Estate Lounge - DRESDEN GOES HYBRID!

For the last Real Estate Lounge Dresden this year, the event team of the event series, Pia, Markus and Holger from CANZLER GmbH, implemented for the first time a hybrid concept - both online and offline on site in the trendy restaurant "Zapfanstalt" in the middle of the new town of Dresden. The limitation of the number of participants to 30 persons was immediately fully booked in advance - but no problem due to the hybrid system. All over Germany, from Saarbrücken to Berlin, participants logged in via zoom to be part of this exciting premiere.
In the event location, Matthias Tieze from the TU-Dresden inspired the audience with a technical lecture about the innovative possibilities of the material "carbon-concrete" and the world's first functional building of this kind "The Cube" at the university campus in Dresden.
The second speaker of the evening, Melanie Franziska Schwarz, presented the possibilities of the concept "Sustainable Working in Design Offices", entirely in the style of the hybrid concept, online.
Both the participants as well as the guests via zoom arranged stimulating discussions and exciting question and answer sessions. The relaxed atmosphere was crowned by a beer tasting, which was the starting signal for a social gathering and successful networking, both online and at the Zapfanstalt.
With this premiere for a Hybrid-Real Estate Lounge, the organizers showed that it is possible to combine online events with present events.
The next events will start in spring 2021 - probably hybrid again!
