Construction documentation and defect management

Construction and real-estate projects are often shaped by incomplete documentation and defective communications. Photos, voice recordings, notes on plans etc. often get stuck in huge Excel lists, sent by e-mail and discussed by phone. As a result, unpleasant delays arise, different ideas on status and scope, and additional costs for all project participants. Open Experience demonstrates solutions for such tasks and shows how renowned companies and consultant engineers use modern tools to document defect management. The tools will be presented and participants can then try them out for themselves in small workshops.
