Construction contract law

The lecture will discuss key changes caused by the reform to work contract law in 2018. For the first time, legal directive and price roll-over rules have been created that are in part in diametrical opposition to the regulations that everyone in the construction industry knows from VOB/B. This new laws, the fate of VOB/B and of course the new regulations affecting architectural and engineering law will be the subject of the discussion.
