Building up of a comprehensive system for the supervision, control and regulation as well as for operational interpretation and analysis of buildings and their technologies.

Nation-wide, there are about 3,000 existing building management systems (BMS) of different makes and types and another 8,800 substations to be collected and operated by a uniform system.

In order to create investment security and to ensure manufacturer neutrality of the connected systems, the new management system builds up on recognised standards (e.g. BACnet).

In the final development ”GaBI” processes 1.5 million data points in about 20,000 properties.
