Data centre for the worldwide network of a central bank

Our client is a globally active bank headquartered in Frankfurt am Main. The main purpose of the IT system is to ensure worldwide communications for the corporation.

To expand capacity and increase supply system reliability at the same time, Canzler planned a conversion of the data center during full operations. This involved a pilot project for developing new switching cabinet technologies for IT.

As the general planner, Canzler provided all engineering services for the fitout and technical equipment in accordance with HOAI service phases 1 to 9 for strengthening the existing infrastructure. This included the refrigeration, ventilation, electronic, fire alarm, IT, building automation and finishing systems.
