Comprehensive planning for renovation and modernisation as well as monitoring of guarantee-related issues for protecting owner interests

At the request of the Blackstone Group, represented by CRE / Resolution, Canzler, along with a team of architects and engineers, conducted an onsite defect survey prior to expiration of the guarantee period on two Eschborn Campus buildings. The company also prepared consolidated defect reports and supported the owner in protecting and enforcing its rights towards the builder of the properties.

Canzler supervised the correction of defects as the owner’s representative and coordinated the work during full operation. The company took on the charge of planning, collecting bids and monitoring defect correction measures on technical equipment.
In addition, numerous modernization and renovation measures were carried out in coordination with the owner and tenants. As the overall planner for the project, Canzler conducted all architectural and engineering services. Canzler’s team of certified architects and engineers coordinated with the building control authority and fire department regarding fire prevention.

In addition to planning and supervisory services, Canzler took on the management of the project and cost controlling to protect the interests of the building owner towards the tenants.
