Building complex for office and hotel use with a gross floor space of 108,000 m²

The building complex in the north of Munich has been designed by Murphy/Jahn architects Chicago and is characterised by its steel composite frame structure which enabled the narrow design (width = 13.50 m) of the high-rise buildings.

The entire ensemble consists of two high-rise buildings for office use with 32 and 27 storeys, complemented by a five-storey office building and a hotel with 200 beds.

Canzler assumed tasks concerning trade-spanning project management and quality examination of the entire technical equipment. After completion of the properties Canzler is incumbent on further consulting concerning renting and leasing as well as on the planning of the tenant fit out.
