Project management to guarantee the tenants’ interests vis-à-vis the investor

New building Asset Management Center, banking and office complex with about 24,000 m² for 320 funds managers and 900 employees

The 6-storey building comprises 32 winter gardens. The pleasant office and conference areas are open and transparent with high demands on the office and team communication facilities.

The realisation of the complex demands on the working environment, on information and data technology and on the flexibility of the room layout formed the main aims and tasks for Canzler. Uninterrupted service played a decisive role regarding the conception of the infrastructure.

Canzler provides the Project-Management-Office of the tenant. Canzler is responsible for project management, deadline and cost surveillance as well as coordination and quality assurance of tenant specific extension. This comprises the building and the extension and all assembly sections of technical equipment, safety engineering, information and media technology as well as the supply guarantee. Furthermore, Canzler is in charge of placing and implementation of the Facility Management services.
