Specialist advice to the client regarding the sale of its own facility management service provider in order to adapt the scope of services in line with the market

Deutsche Telekom AG is selling its subsidiary DeTelmmobilien, which has an annual turnover of nearly 1 billion euros and has previously provided it with all planning, construction and facility management services.

As part of this process, Canzler is responsible for the technical consulting services with regard to updating the service contracts and the remuneration of services.

Canzler is adapting contents of the facility management service contracts to be more results-oriented. To check the implementation of this, evaluation guidelines are being developed and tested with the relevant service providers in question.
Selected properties are being benchmarked for the purposes of adjusting the remuneration of the facility management services to meet current market conditions under the new 10-year contract.

New contracts and remuneration models are being developed for the planning and construction services. Canzler is also supporting the development of IT-based processes required for awarding and operating small and medium-sized construction and redevelopment projects.
