The technical advice is incumbent upon Canzler regarding the sale. It is the central task of Canzler to make an assessment system that is as clear as possible for the guarantee of the operator’s responsibility, and the quality of service and building performance. Based on the contractual regulations, Canzler develops "testing guides" to professionally control the service of the following four service fields:

  • Infrastructural Building Management
  • Maintenance and Inspection
  • Repair
  • Building Performance

This testing draft includes:

  • Testing Contents
  • Carry out of Practical Tests
  • Definition of Guidelines of Testing Flows
  • Announcement and Award of the Testing Services
  • Practical Monitoring for Realization and Further Development of the Testing Drafts

The result of the quality and service Controlling is a Bonus-Malus-System.
