The newly-constructed Deutsche Bank AG building at Theodor-Heuss-Strasse 3 in Stuttgart comprises about 10,000 m² of leased space for 370 employees. It combines a bank branch on the ground floor, representative regional management offices equipped with media technology on the 1st floor, and flexible-use office areas on the 2nd through 7th floors.
Canzler is responsible for representing the commissioning client in the renovation of the entire building, coordinating and ensuring the quality of the branch expansion and tenant improvements on the office floors.
The implementation of higher-capacity IT equipment, security systems, access monitoring and redundant power supply through an emergency backup system is coordinated by Canzler, primarily in the branch and the special safe deposit vault areas.
Tenant improvements on the upper floors will focus primarily on change management for tenant requirements, assisting with approvals and defect management.
Canzler will also assist with the takeover of the building and will provide support in organising building management services and implementing a global FM concept within the bank.
