Only half of the IBC complex built by Deutsche Bank AG is being used by the company itself. The remaining space of more than 40,000 m² rental space has been prepared for tertian tenancy and marketing.
As partner of initially DB Real Estate and later of the Blackstone Group Canzler works out marketing concepts. This comprised collocation and preparation of all project information, documents, building descriptions, drafts and pictures just as well as assisting the drawing up of successful and target group orientated marketing plans.
After clarification of the needs of prospective tenants and buyers Canzler plans customised upgrading concepts, determines performances and costs and works out realisation settings in assignment to the proprietor. Canzler alters the entire building management from the original concept for one single general tenant to the present strategy for multitenant tenancy.
