72 Office buildings and Business premises of varying utilisations with an area of 200,000 m²

For the preparation of the holistic evaluation of a portfolio of altogether 72 office buildings and business premises in Germany (project NOTOS of the Generali Insurance). Canzler examines the property and the technical equipment regarding condition, function and provision for deferred repairs. The buildings have varying utilisations, like office-, trade- and selling-proposals up to individual dwellings.

With deal room analyses the existing inventory documents, like audit report, planning permissions and technical documentations are evaluated regarding all relevant data of building, technology and operation management. In addition all inspection checklists for the object are prepared.

During the subsequent inventory of the objects, property and technology regarding condition and functions, safety in operation and stability, environmental- and fire protection, energy conservation, adherence to the building permit, working place guidelines and other public or operating-conditioned editions are analysed. The results and exposures are stored in a data base, out of which integrative reports with photo documentations are generated.

Thereby all costs for short -, middle- and long-term repair- and modernisation measures are identified and documented.
