For a leading European financial service provider, Canzler has developed a concept for the digital inventory and documentation of the entire rental space (approx. 1,260 branch offices, back office buildings, data and trade centres with a total of 1.5 million m²). These are:

  • Up-to-date building and floor plans
  • Information about present space use including room numbers
  • Floor space
  • Room stamp with information about: utilisation, floor space, type of area, cost centre, business domain, number and type of work places

After analysing the relevant data, Canzler developed requirements and technical specifications and carried out a competition concerning the inventory as well as CAD-services. Moreover, Canzler was incumbent on the coordination and quality inspection of the service provider during implementation of the measure.
