Project management for ensuring the tenant’s (Deutsche Bank AG) interests vis-à-vis the investor

New building of the Investment Banking Center and office complex with about 90,000m² of rental space for 1,000 traders and about 2,800 employees

In Frankfurt/Main Deutsche Bank AG erects a new building complex with three high rises for 1,000 traders and about 2,800 employees.

Alongside high demands on the working environment, information and data technology and fire protection, perfect supply guarantee (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year without any interruption) is expected.

In the project-management-office of the tenant Canzler is responsible for coordination and quality assurance of the technical equipment and the supply guarantee. Despite several major changes, after three and a half years of planning and building, the complex has successfully been finished with all the required skills.
