Architect or Civil Engineer (or Architecture/ Civil Engineering Graduate)for property consultation and project management tasks
Our main focus is advising project developers, property owners and users in the industrial real estate sector. Together with our clients, we work on a wide range of complex and interesting projects involving industrial properties, from development to construction to usage and operational management. You must have good spoken and written German and English skills, be goal-oriented and communicative both internally and externally, be comfortable with standard office software applications, and have basic experience with project management, critical path analysis and CAD applications. Additional experience in the construction industry and with German construction contract procedures (VOB) is desirable. This is an opportunity to work with young, dynamic, interdisciplinary teams of architects, engineers and FM consultants, with responsibilities in the national and international arena.
